This saw the debut of the 'Rivoluzione Riuso' (Reuse Revolution) project, which eliminated single-use plates, cups, and cutlery, replacing them with fully reusable and washable tableware. The initiative, supported by the Fondazione Caritro's Environmental Culture grant, featured the collaboration of the 'Dai néta' environmentalist group, which has been caring for the local area for years. 2026 marked an important turning point with the debut of the 'Rivoluzione Riuso' project: in collaboration with the Municipality of Besenello and the volunteers of the 'Dai néta' environmentalist group, single-use plates, cups, and cutlery were replaced with fully reusable and washable tableware.
