Pizza Enna Fest, a celebration of taste in the heart of Sicily
The Pizza Enna Fest is one of the most anticipated food and wine events on the summer calendar of Enna, the provincial capital located in the geographical heart of Sicily. Created to celebrate pizza as an ambassador of taste and the local territory, the event is organized by the CNA Enna Pizza Makers Association, in collaboration with the Municipality of Enna and with the support of the Sicilian Region. For five days, the city's squares come alive with ovens in full swing, stalls showcasing agri-food excellence, tastings, and free entertainment.
A program that weaves together food, culture, and tradition
The common thread of the event is the promotion of typical products from the Enna area: from ancient grains to Piacentinu Ennese PDO, the province's signature cheese, as well as Nebrodi black pork and wines from local wineries. Alongside the food stalls, the festival offers free masterclasses led by chefs and producers, cooking shows by local chefs, talks dedicated to the territory, and guided tastings.
Crafts, music, and families
Pizza Enna Fest is not just about food. The CNA Artistic Crafts Workshops bring master artisans to the square with live demonstrations, while the evenings are punctuated by concerts, DJ sets, and performances. There is no shortage of spaces designed for families, with a play area for children and entertainment. The event is aimed at residents, tourists, and food lovers, offering an experience that combines gastronomy, entertainment, and the discovery of the local area.
Enna, a city at the center of Sicily
Situated at an altitude of nearly one thousand meters, Enna is the highest provincial capital in Italy and occupies a privileged position in the center of Sicily. Visiting the Pizza Enna Fest is also an opportunity to discover the city's historic center, the Lombardy Castle, and the panoramic views that stretch across the island's central plateau. The event helps to promote the gastronomic identity of Enna to an ever-wider audience, establishing itself as a key appointment for the Sicilian summer.

Pizza Enna Fest 2026, the 5th edition
The 2026 edition of the Pizza Enna Fest is held from June 24 to 28 in Piazza Europa in Enna, with the inauguration on Wednesday the 24th at 6:00 PM. Among this year's novelties is the first Piacentinu Ennese PDO Festival, dedicated to the territory's signature cheese. Every evening from 6:00 PM, food stalls, cooking shows by local chefs, CNA Artistic Crafts Workshops, a children's play area, and a gluten-free space will be active.
The program offers a free masterclass every day upon reservation: June 25th dedicated to Piacentinu Ennese PDO with wine tasting, June 26th to ancient grain tortelloni by chef Enzo Leanza, June 27th to craft beer from the 24 Baroni Brewery, and June 28th to sparkling wines. The evenings are enlivened by shows and live music, including the "Radio Time 90 Summer Fest". During the weekend, there will be tethered hot air balloon flights (40 spots per flight, accessible by draw) and, on Sunday, a classic car rally.

- Saturday, June 27 - Free masterclass "24 Baroni, the territory in a glass" by the 24 Baroni Brewery (7:30 PM); tethered hot air balloon flights; live music and DJ set.
- Sunday, June 28 - Classic car rally (11:00 AM); free masterclass on sparkling wines (7:00 PM); closing show (9:00 PM).

How to get there
Enna can be reached by car via the A19 Palermo-Catania motorway, taking the Enna exit. The Enna train station is connected to the main Sicilian lines, while the nearest airports are Catania-Fontanarossa and Palermo-Punta Raisi.
Admission and bookings
Admission to the event is free. Masterclasses are free but require booking on the official website www.pizzaennafest.it. During the event, the Municipality provides shuttle buses and traffic changes in the Piazza Europa area.
