Described as one of the tastiest events of the summer, the festival centers on pork knuckle strictly slow-cooked in a wood-fired oven, as tradition dictates.
In the Vittorio Valletta Public Park, the stalls of the Parrano Calcio Sports Club offer the signature dish along with other Umbrian culinary specialties, combining good food and entertainment for the whole family.
