The Palaia Borgo della Birra Fest is one of the most anticipated summer events in the municipality of Palaia, an ancient Roman-origin village perched on the hills of Valdera, in the province of Pisa, Tuscany. For one night, the charming Piazza del Mercato in the historic center turns into a grand beer village, where craft beers, street food, and live music come together in an atmosphere inspired by Bavarian traditions.
