Musikwoche St. Martin in Passeier (Music Week)

A week of music in the heart of the Passeier Valley

The Musikwoche (Music Week) is a beloved summer event in St. Martin in Passeier, a municipality in the Passeier Valley in the autonomous province of Bolzano, in the heart of South Tyrol. For an entire week, the Haus der Dorfgemeinschaft (the Dorfhaus, the village community center) transforms into a large collective music workshop, where beginners and experienced musicians alike gather to play together.

A workshop open to everyone

The initiative is organized by the Jugendtreff St. Martin, the local youth center active since 1993, which has become a cultural hub for all generations over the years. The formula is simple and engaging: every day, participants dedicate themselves to music from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, exploring their favorite instruments, learning new skills, and experiencing the pleasure of making music in a group.

The final concert
