Multidisciplinary summer festival in the Monti della Luna, Upper Susa Valley
Mun Camp is the multidisciplinary summer festival of the Upper Susa Valley, created to bring life back to the Monti della Luna during the warm season. Two days that combine music, sport, art, and community at an altitude of 1,800 meters, in the municipality of Cesana Torinese, in the province of Turin and in the heart of the Piedmontese Olympic mountains. The location is Chalet Monsoleil, in the La Coche area, between Cesana and Claviere, accessible on foot or via the ski lifts heading toward the Monti della Luna area.
The heart of the festival is the stage set up on the meadow, featuring a curated line-up of international and local DJs and artists: sets start in the afternoon and continue until night, outdoors, with the peaks of the Cottian Alps providing a natural backdrop. The musical selection ranges from electronic sounds to indie, in an intimate and collective atmosphere that grows with every edition.
Mun Camp days begin in the morning with the territory transformed into a large playground. The sports program includes:
Alongside music and sports, Mun Camp showcases local excellence with a market of local producers and artisans, workshops, and live printing sessions. For food, there are food trucks with street food and farm-to-table cuisine, local producers offering cheeses, cured meats, and craft beers, and a bar open throughout the event. Those who want to experience the festival to the fullest can stay at the on-site campsite with their own tent.
Mun Camp is characterized by its focus on environmental sustainability, its family-friendly dimension, and its openly LGBTQIA+ friendly and inclusive approach. It is an event that tells the story of a mountain that is alive even in summer, capable of combining fun, respect for nature, and the promotion of the Piedmontese territory.
Mun Camp 2026 returns to the Monti della Luna on Saturday, July 25, and Sunday, July 26. The days open in the morning with outdoor activities: yoga sessions, guided hikes, e-bike excursions, and volleyball tournaments. In the afternoon, the stage on the meadow comes to life with a line-up of DJs and artists, in a musical crescendo that continues until night. Throughout the event, a market of local artisans and producers, workshops, live printing, food trucks with farm-to-table cuisine, and a bar are available.
The festival takes place at Chalet Monsoleil, La Coche area, in the Monti della Luna between Cesana Torinese and Claviere (Upper Susa Valley). By car, you can reach Cesana Torinese via the SS24 Monginevro road; from there, continue toward the Monti della Luna area. By train, the reference station is Oulx-Cesana-Claviere-Sestriere, connected to Turin, with a bus or shuttle connection to Cesana.
Various entry options are available: the Saturday Night ticket (early bird approx. €30 + fee) with access to the festival area from Saturday afternoon, a welcome gift, and access to the campsite; the Weekender pass (early bird approx. €45 + fee) with access to both Saturday and Sunday, camping with your own tent, and all sports activities (yoga, hiking, volleyball). We recommend checking updated prices and availability on the official website muncamp.it.
