The Monastero di Vasco Carnival is the annual winter event that fills the halls of this small town in the Cuneo province with joy. The most anticipated moment takes place in the Pro Loco hall, when traditional masks make their grand entrance: the Magnin dul Munusté, guardians of a popular tradition that continues to be handed down, and the Corte del Moro of the Mondovì Carnival, one of the most famous historical masks in the Monregalese region. Their presence brings the atmosphere of yesteryear back to life, blending memory, irony, and a sense of belonging, turning the afternoon into a true community celebration.
