From 2009 to today: a story of returns

The event was founded in 2009 by a group of local youths who later formed the Think in White association, which still manages the event today. Over the years, the festival has changed venues several times: the eleventh edition in 2019 took place at the Maiori Port Amphitheater under the theme 'The Dawn of a New Day', while the pandemic forced a hiatus for several seasons. The comeback arrived in 2023, again in Maiori, with a twelfth edition aptly titled 'The Rebirth of a Phoenix'. However, the true homecoming occurred in 2025: after nine years, the festival returned to the Minori seafront for its fourteenth edition, dedicated to 'The Last Dance'.

The 2026 edition: 'The Great Beauty'

The fifteenth edition is scheduled for Wednesday, August 26, 2026, with the guiding theme 'The Great Beauty'—a concept chosen to engage with the landscape of the Amalfi Coast, from the sea to the terraced lemon groves and the bell towers overlooking the valley. The organizers have announced the date and theme while maintaining their usual mystery regarding the rest: the names of the DJs and special guests are only revealed in the final weeks, a strategy of anticipation that has become a hallmark of the event's identity.

The Arena del Mare, the new stage on the beach

The big news for 2026 is the setting. Minori in White is now part of the Arena del Mare lineup, a venue set up on the beach of Minori, active from August 15 to 31, 2026. The program features a mix of music, theater, comedy, dance, and fine dining: from the Ferragosto night DJ set to tributes to Neapolitan song, performances by Biagio Izzo and Lina Sastri, a jazz concert by Eduardo De Crescenzo, and the 'Arena Stellata' gourmet dinner, concluding with a contemporary dance show.
