Five Nights of Culinary Delights

For five consecutive nights, food stalls offer a rich menu celebrating the versatility of this Mediterranean summer staple. Signature dishes include parmigiana in both red and white versions, eggplant meatballs, sagne 'ncannulate pasta made with eggplant dough, and classic bruschetta. To finish on a sweet note, there is the curious chocolate parmigiana, an original recipe that surprises even the most adventurous palates every year.

Authentic Salento traditions are also front and center: pittule, bruschetta, pezzetti di cavallo (horse meat stew) in tomato sauce, and grilled meats round out an offer designed for every taste.
