Lightness & Sharing Festival

A festival of lightness and solidarity in Mondovì

The Lightness & Sharing Festival brings three days of life to the evocative San Biagio Monastery, located on Strada di Morozzo in Mondovì, in the heart of the Monregalese area in the province of Cuneo (Piedmont). Born from the merger of the Lightness Festival and the Condividere Fest, the event is promoted by Casa do Menor Italia and transforms the monastery into an open, welcoming, and creative space where people can meet, reflect, and imagine new ways of living together.

Music, street food, and conviviality

Evenings kick off with street food and local products: sandwiches, craft beer, fried snacks, and specialties prepared by local vendors, all in an informal and family-friendly atmosphere. Live music accompanies dinner, with concerts ranging from Occitan traditions to contemporary sounds, followed by DJ sets that keep the crowd dancing until the end of the night.

Wellness and art

A significant portion of the program is dedicated to wellness: yoga, meditation, reflexology, shiatsu, Bach flowers, dance therapy, and herb walks are offered for free by local practitioners. Art is also a key feature, with exhibitions set up throughout the monastery, alongside a dedicated area for younger guests with games and relaxation spots.

A charitable event

The Lightness & Sharing Festival is more than just entertainment: all proceeds support Casa do Menor projects in Italy, Brazil, and Guinea-Bissau, helping children and young people in need. Attending means combining a pleasant day in Mondovì with a concrete gesture of solidarity. The event is made possible with the support of the Fondazione CRC and the Piedmont Regional Council, under the patronage of the Municipality of Mondovì and in collaboration with La Scala del Re and Bocce Quadre.
