The festival is an expression of the vibrant cultural life of Atessa, recognized as a "City that Reads" for the 2024-2026 triennium, a title awarded to municipalities that promote reading as a tool for civil and social growth. The festival is organized by the Libri a Corte Association, with the patronage of the Municipality of Atessa and the support of BCC Abruzzi e Molise; the artistic direction is entrusted to Annalisa Giuliani and Simona Auriemma, with the collaboration of Antonella Pierantonio and Romolo Gargarella.
