The craft and food & wine exhibition of the Lanzo Valleys
Every spring, the town of Ceres, nestled in the heart of the Lanzo Valleys in the province of Turin, Piedmont, hosts Le Valli in Vetrina. Over time, this market exhibition has become a key appointment for those who love the mountains, craftsmanship, and authentic flavors. The 2026 edition, the twelfth, runs from Thursday, April 30th to Sunday, May 3rd, confirming an event capable of attracting over two thousand visitors per day in previous years.
Set up between Piazzale Grande Torino, the Town Hall Square, and the historic center, the exhibition brings together more than one hundred exhibitors. Under the pavilions and along the village streets, you will meet producers and artisans who represent the identity of the Lanzo Valleys:
The inauguration on Thursday, April 30th at 6:00 PM in Piazzale Grande Torino features the Turin masks Gianduja and Giacometta from the Famija TÇœrineisa, followed by a dinner and cabaret evening. In the following days, the program alternates between hobby markets, creative workshops, book presentations, meetings with local authors, concerts by the Ceres Alpine Musical Corps, DJ sets, and cultural deep-dives like the AperiArte event dedicated to painter Oldrado Perini.
The final day, Sunday, May 3rd, is the most anticipated: in the morning, the historical pageant featuring the court of Margherita di Ciriè and the drummers parades through the streets, while at 12:30 PM, the Ceres Alpini serve the grand polenta feast. The afternoon continues with the EcoVisioni environmental festival, a performance by the flag-wavers of the City of Ciriè, and the awards ceremony with the final raffle.
Organized by the Ceres Pro Loco with the support of the Municipality and the patronage of the Metropolitan City of Turin, Le Valli in Vetrina is much more than a simple fair: it is an opportunity to rediscover the Lanzo Valleys, promote local tourism, and experience the authentic atmosphere of a Piedmontese mountain village.
