Every year, on the last Sunday of October, the historic center transforms into a grand popular festival celebrating one of the gems of Romagna's hilly gastronomy: lamb and mutton raised in the Lamone Valley and the Faenza Apennines.

The stars of the festival are the sheep meats, a typical product of traditional farming that still follows a specific production protocol. How to get there
Brisighella is located in the province of Ravenna, along the Lamone valley. By car, it can be reached from the Via Emilia by exiting at Faenza and continuing towards the hills (about 13 km from Faenza). By train, Brisighella station is served by the Faenza-Florence line, a short walk from the historic center.
