The flavours of the Bergamo mountains

In the heart of summer, the small village of Santa Brigida, in the province of Bergamo, lays out the best of its gastronomic tradition. "I Sapori di Santa Brigida" is the event that the Pro Loco (local tourism association) dedicates to the typical products of the area, transforming the Piazza del Municipio (Town Hall Square) into a large space for taste and conviviality. We are at the northernmost tip of the Val Brembana, in a corner of Lombardy where the mountains hold authentic flavours.

Cheeses, cured meats and traditional Orobic dishes

The festival is a journey into the flavours of the Alta Val Brembana: alpine cheeses, cured meats, dishes of Orobic cuisine prepared according to old recipes. It is an opportunity to taste genuine products, meet local producers and breathe in the atmosphere of a village festival made of hospitality and passion for one's land.
