The evening revolves around the flavors of the hunting tradition and the local area, served by volunteers from the local branch of the Italian Hunting Federation. Recent editions have featured dishes that have become true classics of the event:

The event is sponsored by the Lazio Region, the Frosinone-Latina Chamber of Commerce, and local institutions, confirming the importance of these festivals for the community's identity.
