Two days of sport, entertainment, and charity with celebrities in Forte dei Marmi
The Heart Olympics, closely linked to the Heart Brick initiative, have become a staple of the Versilia summer. The event, conceived and directed by journalist and television personality Paolo Brosio, takes place every year in Forte dei Marmi, the fashionable pearl of Versilia in the province of Lucca, transforming a June weekend into a grand festival that weaves together sport, entertainment, and solidarity.
The core of the event is the fusion of sport and charity. For two days, tournaments and matches of tennis, padel, and football take place, featuring sports champions alongside actors, singers, and famous faces of Italian television. Racket matches are held at the prestigious Tennis Club Italia managed by Sergio Marrai, while football takes place at the Aliboni sports center. The program also includes a grand final and a spectacular match between former champions divided into two opposing teams, a moment always highly anticipated by the public.
The evenings are dedicated to the Heart Grand Gala, the most glamorous part of the event, featuring gala dinners, live music, entertainment, and numerous guests from the world of show business. Past editions have seen stars such as Roberto Mancini, Giorgio Panariello, Valeria Marini, Anna Tatangelo, Fabrizio Moro, Carlo Conti, Albano Carrisi, and Ivana Spagna on stage. The evenings are hosted at iconic local venues such as the Tennis Club Italia and the Bagni Assunta beach club owned by the Maestrelli family.
Behind the glamour and fun lies a precise mission: fundraising for healthcare and humanitarian projects. The resources raised support initiatives in Italy and Bosnia and Herzegovina, particularly in the areas surrounding the Marian apparitions of Medjugorje, as well as numerous activities dedicated to those in need. It is this blend of summer lightheartedness and concrete commitment that makes the Heart Olympics a special fixture in the landscape of events in Tuscany and Versilia.
The tenth edition of the Heart Olympics, scheduled for June 26 and 27, 2026 in Forte dei Marmi, celebrates the tenth anniversary of the event created by Paolo Brosio. Two days dedicated to sport, fun, music, and great entertainment, faithful to the formula that has made the event a highly anticipated fixture in Versilia.
Proceeds from the 2026 edition will be donated to projects in Bosnia and Herzegovina, in the areas of the Marian apparitions, and to Italian initiatives dedicated to those in need.
