The Hatisuara Academy is a training and experiential program dedicated to Sound Healing, hosted at Retreat Monferrato, a wellness center located at Via Panengo 1, in Montiglio Monferrato—a charming village in the province of Asti, nestled in the hills of the Asti Monferrato region in Piedmont. Here, sound becomes a tool for listening and awareness: a journey that alternates between experiential days open to everyone and more structured advanced modules.

The Sound Awakening method

At the heart of the Academy is the Sound Awakening method, inspired by Joseph Campbell's Hero's Journey, which combines sound, movement, breathwork, and embodied practices. The goal is to guide participants from grounded listening toward a state of expanded awareness and integration, focusing on emotional centering and nervous system regulation. It is an approach that weaves together the meditative dimension with the practical aspects of group facilitation.

The experiential days, such as the one scheduled for July, are designed for those wishing to approach Sound Healing without prior experience, while the full training program includes a residential module and online theoretical sessions for those who wish to delve deeper and receive a certificate of participation.
