The handmade pasta of Umbrian tradition in Colonnetta di Fabro
In the hamlet of Colonnetta, in the municipality of Fabro (province of Terni), the Handmade Manfregole Festival is one of the most anticipated gastronomic events of early summer. The protagonists are manfregole, a typical Umbrian pasta made strictly by hand, served with traditional peasant sauces.
The event is organized by the Pro Loco of Fabro and takes place over several days in June. Every evening, starting at 7:30 PM, the food stalls open with manfregole and other Umbrian specialties, accompanied by entertainment from the region's dance orchestras.
Located on the border between Umbria and Tuscany, along the A1 highway axis, Fabro is a gateway to a territory rich in gastronomic traditions.
