The board game weekend in Caselle Torinese
Giocaselle is the event dedicated to board games held in Caselle Torinese, a town in the Turin Metropolitan City in Piedmont. The event was created to promote board gaming as an opportunity for meeting, socializing, and having fun, away from screens and in direct contact with people. Now in its third edition in 2026, it has become a staple in the local calendar.
Giocaselle is promoted by the non-profit gaming association La Taverna dei Meeple, a group that brings together players of all ages every week. The event enjoys the patronage of the Municipality of Caselle Torinese and benefits from the collaboration of the Pro Loco, which manages the refreshment area during the two days. This teamwork firmly roots the initiative in the local community.
For an entire weekend, the venue transforms into a large gaming space with dozens of tables available. Visitors can play from morning to evening, rely on the game lending service, and try out titles for every level of experience, from the simplest to the most challenging strategy games.
