When music meets wine

FVG in Musica is a festival that combines two excellences of Friuli Venezia Giulia: classical music and wine. The concerts, featuring classical and chamber repertoire, are held in unusual and evocative locations: the cellars and vineyards of the region's Wine Cities, where the intimate acoustics of the spaces and the beauty of the vineyard landscapes create a unique experience for the audience.

A travelling festival

The event is travelling and touches various municipalities and wineries in Friuli Venezia Giulia, from Aquileia to Cormòns, from Cervignano to Bertiolo, from Corno di Rosazzo to the Abbey of Rosazzo in Manzano. Among the venues is also the Lis Neris winery in San Lorenzo Isontino, in the heart of the Gorizia Collio region. The artistic direction is entrusted to Paola Camponovo and Alfredo Blessano.

Gusti in Musica: five free concerts

Within the festival, the "Gusti in Musica" format takes place: five free concerts in five wineries of the FVG Wine Cities, designed to introduce the general public to classical music by pairing listening with the discovery of local wines. An opportunity to experience musical culture in a convivial and accessible way.

Networking with the territory

FVG in Musica collaborates with the Nei Suoni dei Luoghi festival and with cultural organisations in the region, in a project that enhances the musical, enological, and landscape heritage of Friuli Venezia Giulia. The programme also features works by contemporary Slovenian and regional authors, reflecting the cultural richness of this borderland.
