The Frescioi Festival is the gastronomic celebration that every summer honors one of the most typical dishes of the local tradition in Dolceacqua, in the Nervia Valley, province of Imperia: the frescioi, fritters prepared in various versions, from zucchini to apples to salt cod.
Taste and Rossese
The evening offers a tasting of freshly fried frescioi, paired with Rossese di Dolceacqua DOC, the symbolic wine of the territory and the first Controlled Designation of Origin in Liguria. Among the narrow streets of the village, food stalls animate a village festival dedicated to conviviality.
