A long-standing motorcycle tradition in the Biella region

Fatica, Birra & Rock & Roll is the historic motorcycle rally organized by the Steel Roses MC Italy, one of the oldest and most established biker groups in the area. The event takes place in Cossato, in the province of Biella, in the heart of Piedmont, and for over twenty years, it has been a landmark for motorcycle enthusiasts in Northern Italy. The first editions date back to the early 2000s, and year after year, the event has grown to attract hundreds of riders from all over the peninsula and abroad.

Three days of bikes, music, and camaraderie

The classic program spans an entire weekend in June, combining the core passions of the biker world: motorcycles, rock music, and good times over a pint of beer. The square fills with custom and modified bikes, featuring exhibition spaces curated by workshops and customizers from the Biella and Valsesia areas, while the stage hosts emerging bands and rock, hard rock, and rockabilly groups that keep the energy high until late at night.

Over the years, the musical lineup has featured a mix of cover bands and tributes (ranging from 70s, 80s, and 90s rock classics to homages to icons like Ozzy Osbourne), southern rock and rockabilly acts, and numerous local talents. The evenings are accompanied by shows and entertainment that have ranged from medieval historical re-enactments to spectacular performances, always maintaining the lighthearted, fun-loving tone that defines the event.

Beer, street food, and biker spirit

The beating heart of the event is the food and drink area, with street food and beer stalls open throughout the rally. The event offers free admission, and in editions based at the sports field, it has also provided free camping for those arriving from afar. Tattoo artists, exhibitors, and side activities round out an offering designed to welcome not just motorcyclists, but also curious visitors, families, and fans of live music.

A signature event for Cossato

For the town of Cossato, Fatica, Birra & Rock & Roll is now a fixture of the summer calendar: an event that brings color, the roar of engines, and plenty of music to the town square, celebrating local associations and the Biella region's motorcycling tradition. The organization, led by Steel Roses MC Italy, has often dedicated specific editions to the club's major founding anniversaries, further cementing the bond between the rally and the group's own history.
