E..state in Birra: Summer begins in Sant'Anna Collarea

Every year, as summer begins, the small village of Sant'Anna Collarea, in the municipality of Montaldo di Mondovì (Cuneo province, Piedmont), comes alive with E..state in Birra, a beer festival that has become one of the most awaited events in the Monregalese Valleys. The festival, organized with passion by the Sant'Anna Collarea Pro Loco Association with the support of the entire community, marks the ideal start to the summer season in the area.

Two evenings of conviviality in the mountains

The event takes place over a weekend, following a two-day format that has seen growing success over the years. The village sports field transforms into a meeting place designed to welcome young people, families, and visitors, offering a relaxed and festive atmosphere framed by the panorama of the Monregalese mountains.

Great beer and local cuisine

Beer is naturally the star of the show, but the food selection is varied and caters to all tastes. The dishes served during the evenings include:

• pizza prepared in collaboration with local farms;
• sandwiches, porchetta, and sausage;
• ravioli al plin, a signature dish of the Cuneo tradition;
• fries and many other treats to enjoy in good company.

Live music and DJ sets

The evenings are accompanied by music and entertainment: from DJ sets that keep the party going late into the night to live bands performing the greatest hits of the 80s, 90s, and 2000s. The Pro Loco's goal is to provide everyone with an unforgettable experience, confirming the spirit of a festival that combines fun, good food, and a sense of community.
