The rally is promoted by CLAMS Alba (Circolo delle Langhe Auto Moto Storiche), an association active since 1977 and a multiple recipient of the "Manovella d'Oro" award. The club, presided over by Valerio Barello, is a key reference point for historic vehicle enthusiasts throughout the Alba and Langhe area, organizing numerous rallies and tours across the Piedmont region throughout the year.
