Cibus Tec is the major international fair dedicated to technologies for food production, processing, and packaging, hosted at Fiere di Parma. Cibus Tec is one of the most long-standing and authoritative international trade fairs in the field of technologies for the food industry. Hosted in the exhibition center of Fiere di Parma, in the Municipality of Parma, Emilia-Romagna, the fair showcases the entire technological chain of the Food & Beverage sector: processing machinery, packaging and bottling solutions, automation, robotics, digital technologies, and quality control. Parma, the city of the Food Valley and home to major players in the agri-food and mechanical-food sectors, has always been the natural stage for this event.

The edition scheduled from October 27 to 30, 2026 marks record growth. Compared to the same period of the previous edition, organizers announce a 20% increase in exhibitors and a 30% increase in exhibition space, with a rapidly expanding international component (+48% foreign companies and +38% dedicated area). The fair is organized by Koeln Parma Exhibitions, the joint venture established in 2015 between Fiere di Parma S.p.A. and Koelnmesse GmbH.

Cibus Tec covers the main food sectors, from fruits and vegetables to sauces, from milk and dairy products to meat and fish products, up to ready meals, coffee, chocolate, and snacks. These are complemented by enabling technologies that span the entire sector:

For the first time, the fair hosts the World Pasta Day, scheduled for October 27 and 28, promoted by Unione Italiana Food and the International Pasta Organisation (IPO), with a program dedicated to consumption trends, nutrition, sustainability, and production efficiency. By car: Parma exit on the A1 motorway (Milan-Bologna), the exhibition center is easily accessible from the ring road. By train: Parma station, connected by shuttle services to the exhibition center on the event days. By plane: Parma Giuseppe Verdi Airport, or Bologna and Milan airports.

Admission and opening hours
