The Castelnuovo Vomano Spring Fair is one of the most anticipated commercial events in the Teramo calendar. It takes place every year on April 25th, Liberation Day, occupying the main streets of Castelnuovo Vomano, a populous village in the municipality of Castellalto, in the province of Teramo, in the heart of Abruzzo. From early morning until evening, the village fills with stalls and visitors, creating a festive day dedicated to commerce, craftsmanship, and local traditions.

Reaching its nineteenth edition in 2025, the Spring Fair is a deeply rooted local tradition promoted by Confcommercio Teramo, the association that has been coordinating trade, tourism, and service operators in the province since 1945. Together with its sister event, the Autumn Fair, it sets the commercial and social rhythm of Castelnuovo Vomano, confirming itself as one of the most popular village fairs in the Teramo hills.

Located along the Vomano river valley, a short distance from the Adriatic coast and the provincial capital of Teramo, Castelnuovo Vomano is the most inhabited village in the municipality of Castellalto. Its strategic position, well-connected by the main road and close to the motorway exit, makes it easily accessible and a commercial hub for the entire hilly area between the sea and the foothills of the Gran Sasso.
