Carisöler Fest, the village festival of Carisolo

The Carisöler Fest is the summer highlight that brings the village of Carisolo to life. Held at the Palasport square, the festival transforms the town—nestled at an altitude of 800 meters at the foot of the Brenta Dolomites and the Adamello—into a vibrant meeting point for locals and vacationers alike.

Craft market and mountain street food

The afternoon kicks off with the local craft market, showcasing products and creations from valley artisans. However, the true star of the evening is the food: the absolute highlight is the Carisölburger, a famous sandwich made with typical local ingredients, which gives the event its tasty and informal character. Alongside this street food, there are plenty of other gastronomic offerings that celebrate the flavors of Val Rendena.

Live music and dancing

The festival's soundtrack ranges from traditional mountain tunes to dance music.
