A mountain festival in the Val Sangone

Benvenuti ai Pianas is the convivial event organized by the A.S.D. Sci Club Fiocco Giaveno at Pianas, in the Forno di Coazze area, in the municipality of Coazze, near Turin. Nestled in the greenery of the Val Sangone, in Piedmont, the evening combines good food, music, and a desire to socialize in the authentic, family-friendly atmosphere typical of mountain celebrations.

The Sci Club Fiocco Giaveno

Founded in 2013 in Giaveno, the Sci Club Fiocco is much more than just a sports club: it defines itself as "a big family" built on fun, friendship, and a passion for the mountains. During the winter season, it offers trips and ski and snowboard lessons for all levels; in the warmer months, it organizes hikes, walks, and outdoor social gatherings, of which Benvenuti ai Pianas is one of the most anticipated.

The evening and dinner

The festival takes place in a simple and welcoming setting at the foot of the mountains surrounding Forno di Coazze. The evening kicks off with an aperitif and continues with a dinner designed to share local flavors:

• aperitif with drinks and cheeses;
• agnolotti as a hot first course, an authentic Piedmontese tradition;
• red wine and water;
• dessert to finish.

After dinner, the party continues with music and a DJ set, in a relaxed and convivial mood that invites you to stay and enjoy the mountains even after dark.

Camping in a tent

For those who want to extend the experience, it is possible to stay overnight in a tent at Pianas (with your own equipment) and wake up immersed in the nature of the Val Sangone. Ample parking is also available near the festival site.

An event open to all

Although organized by a sports association, Benvenuti ai Pianas is an event open to everyone: from club members to anyone wishing to spend a different kind of evening, enjoying good food, music, and the fresh air of the Turin mountains. Booking is mandatory for both the dinner and any tent spots.
