In the hamlet of Ponte di Arcola (Province of La Spezia), in the Magra Valley, Arci Baccano annually organizes the Anchovy Festival, dedicated to one of the symbolic fish of Ligurian cuisine. The event takes place in mid-June at the parish church of San Rocco and features anchovies in various preparations, from traditional recipes to more refined dishes.
