Arte in Festa is the review of spring evenings that enlivens the historic centre of San Piero in Bagno, the most populous hamlet of the Municipality of Bagno di Romagna, in the province of Forlì-Cesena, in the heart of the Tuscan-Romagnolo Apennines. As the days get longer and the air becomes milder, the village streets transform into a widespread stage: live music, food stalls, craft stalls, and moments of comedy follow one another from early evening until night.

A community event

More than a single event, Arte in Festa is a series of evenings spread between the end of April and May, designed to bring people back to the square after winter. The organization is entrusted to local associations, with the support of the Pro Loco and the Tourist Information and Reception Office of Bagno di Romagna. The formula is the tried-and-tested one of Romagnolo village festivals: you stroll among the stalls, stop to eat at outdoor tables, and listen to music, while the little ones find dedicated spaces and attractions.

Music, flavours, and comedy

The programme intertwines three souls that have always characterized these evenings:

• Live music: dance orchestras, bands, and DJs liven up the square with Romagnolo 'liscio' and traditional folk rhythms.
• Gastronomy: stalls and kiosks offer dishes from Romagnolo cuisine, from piadina to Apennine specialities, accompanied by local typical products.
• Comedy and entertainment: moments of shows, comedy, and animation involve audiences of all ages, in the spirit of cheerfulness and conviviality.
