The monthly market of vintage, reuse, and craftsmanship in the historic center of San Mauro Pascoli
San Mauro Veste Vintage is the new event animating the historic center of San Mauro Pascoli, in the province of Forlì-Cesena, in Emilia-Romagna. Debuting on April 12, 2026, it is designed as a periodic and recurring appointment: every second Sunday of the month, from 9 AM to 8 PM, the town's streets and squares transform into a large open-air market, with a break during the summer months of July and August.
The heart of the event is a large exhibition area that brings together three complementary aspects:
Nearly 200 exhibitors participated in the first edition, indicating the immediate interest generated by the initiative.
Alongside the market, the day is enriched by numerous side activities that make San Mauro Veste Vintage an event for the whole family: old-fashioned wooden toys for children, improv theater performances in the streets, and food trucks for a tasty break. The atmosphere is that of a convivial and relaxed Sunday in the village, with the historic center returned to pedestrians and social interaction.
The event is promoted by the Pro Loco Aisèm of San Mauro Pascoli in collaboration with the Rubicone Eventi Association and with the patronage of the Municipality. The stated goal is twofold: on one hand, to promote a culture of reuse and environmental sustainability, valuing the work of artisans and creatives; on the other, to liven up the town center with a regular event capable of fostering social interaction and the attractiveness of the town, the birthplace of the poet Giovanni Pascoli.
The first edition of San Mauro Veste Vintage kicked off on Sunday, April 12, 2026, in the historic center of San Mauro Pascoli, with a schedule that accompanies the area throughout the year: the event repeats every second Sunday of the month, from 9 AM to 8 PM, with a summer break in July and August. Nearly 200 exhibitors participated in the very first event.
Each event fills Mazzini and Battaglini squares with stalls dedicated to vintage and second-hand items, handmade crafts, and upcycling projects, accompanied by entertainment, old-fashioned wooden toys, improv theater performances, and food trucks.
The dates correspond to the second Sunday of each month. The detailed program for each individual Sunday (entertainment and shows) will be communicated by the organizers from time to time.
