The Aiello Summer Festival is the summer event series promoted by the municipal administration of Aiello del Sabato, a small town of just over four thousand inhabitants in the province of Avellino, in the heart of Irpinia and Campania. The 2026 edition and Francesca Michielin

For 2026, Mayor Sebastiano Gaeta and the events delegate Attilio Fiore have announced the headliner for the main concert: Francesca Michielin, the singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist from Veneto, will take the stage on Viale Unità d'Italia on Tuesday, September 1, 2026, as part of her Strega Comanda Summer Tour 2026. The setlist will feature the tracks that defined her career, from “Distratto” to “L'amore esiste,” and from “Chiamami per nome” to “Vulcano,” along with collaborations with artists like Calcutta, Fedez, Carl Brave, and Giorgio Poi. Her artistic profile blends personal songwriting, light electronic music, and sophisticated pop, with a strong focus on the live experience.

A season-long program

The September concert closes a season that kicks off in late July, with the first evenings hosted in the town's central square featuring a mix of local and national artists. The town's cultural offering is further enriched by other summer initiatives: for example, on July 31, 2026, Viale Unità d'Italia will host (In)Colti Festival, a day dedicated to literature with book presentations and author meet-and-greets.
