The international trade fair for energy transition at Fiera di Roma
ZeroEmission Mediterranean Trends & Expoforum is the professional event that transforms Fiera di Romaโlocated in the Ponte Galeria district on the southwestern outskirts of the capitalโinto the Mediterranean's benchmark for clean energy, technological innovation, and sustainability. The event brings together companies, institutions, professionals, universities, research centers, and startups in a packed calendar of meetings, conferences, technical workshops, and B2B networking sessions.
The fair's thematic scope covers the entire ecological transition supply chain: photovoltaics and renewable energy, storage systems (e-storage), grids and microgrids, charging infrastructure (EV-charging), electric mobility and smart mobility, energy communities, and energy efficiency. Alongside these core topics, the event explores the latest frontiers of applied innovation: artificial intelligence, data centers, satellite technologies, and industrial sustainability, in dialogue with sustainable construction and international cooperation.
The strength of the event lies in its simultaneous occurrence with other exhibitions hosted at Fiera di Roma, creating an ecosystem that connects construction, energy, innovation, and cooperation. In the latest edition, the Expoforum shared its pavilions with EdilExpoRoma, Codeway Expo, and Casaidea, multiplying opportunities for connection between companies, investors, universities, and industry operators.
The program alternates between institutional speeches, technical sessions, moments dedicated to applied research, and spaces for discussion between companies, startups, and investors. A significant role is played by the technical program curated by the Order of Engineers of the Province of Rome, featuring workshops that grant professional training credits, as well as initiatives aimed at younger generations and environmental communication, such as Giornalisti nell'erba and the ClAImate Award.
Organized by Fiera Roma Srl within the Municipality of Rome, the heart of the Lazio Region, the event serves as an operational reference point for energy and ecological transition projects in Central and Southern Italy. Thanks to the capital's strategic position, ZeroEmission Mediterranean attracts thousands of professionals from Central-Southern Italy, Southern Europe, and Mediterranean basin countries, confirming its status as a business and dialogue platform for the entire Euro-Mediterranean area.
Fiera di Roma hosted four days of discussion on energy transition, technological innovation, and sustainability from May 14 to 17, 2026, within an integrated trade fair ecosystem alongside EdilExpoRoma, Codeway Expo, and Casaidea. A program rich in conferences, technical sessions, and B2B networking opportunities between companies, investors, universities, and research centers.
