The multidisciplinary cultural season at Eur Social Park in Rome
Dinamica Fest is not just a few-day event, but a full cultural program that accompanies the Roman spring and summer. Promoted by Bibliotechina S.r.l., the project is hosted at the Eur Social Park, an open-air space carved into the green hill of the Eur district, in the IX Municipality of Rome, in the heart of the Lazio region. Here, across over two thousand square meters organized into three areas—featuring a large stage, four LED walls, a kitchen, and two bars—concerts, screenings, comedy shows, and dance nights take place.
Dinamica Fest was born within Roma Creativa 365. Cultura tutto l'anno, the public call through which Roma Capitale, via Zètema Progetto Cultura, supports cultural programming spread across the city's districts. The project was admitted to subsection 1/A, dedicated to live performance and visual arts, with a score of 76 out of 100 and a grant of 39,200 euros for each of the two years, 2025 and 2026. This detail highlights the nature of the festival: not an isolated commercial event, but a neighborhood cultural hub designed to last and bring quality programming outside the historic center.
The core of the offering is live music, with a deliberately eclectic artistic direction that blends rock, Italian indie, electronica, and heavier sounds. In the 2026 season, the Eur Social Park stage has hosted or will host a diverse range of names, from Sepultura to Circle Jerks, from Ministri to Ex-Otago, as well as Sick Tamburo with Tre Allegri Ragazzi Morti, Tropico, Mille, and Soen. Some evenings are organized in collaboration with guest festivals like Invincible Fest and Spring Attitude, which bring their respective audiences to the park.
Alongside live shows, the program expands to other forms of expression:
The venue hosting Dinamica Fest has a history recognizable to those who live in Rome: for over a decade, the Bibliotechina hill, overlooking the Palazzo della Civiltà Italiana, was one of the most popular summer hangouts for the capital's youth. Its transformation into Eur Social Park has broadened the space's vocation, evolving from a nightclub into a multifunctional park where music, cinema, dining, and social life coexist, with programming running from afternoon to night.
Visitors to Rome in the summer will find the Eur district offers a context quite different from the monumental center: rationalist architecture, wide avenues, greenery, and small lakes. Dinamica Fest leverages this setting to offer open-air evenings at affordable prices, with several free-entry events, and represents one of the most immediate gateways to the contemporary Roman independent music scene.
The 2026 edition of Dinamica Fest follows the opening schedule of the Eur Social Park, active from April 25 to September 27, 2026. This is the second and final year of the biennial project funded by Roma Capitale as part of Roma Creativa 365. Cultura tutto l'anno, subsection 1/A, dedicated to live performance and visual arts.
The live programming spans very different genres, with events distributed primarily on weekday evenings and Sundays. Among the concerts announced on the official website are Sepultura (Wednesday, June 10), Circle Jerks (Sunday, June 14, as part of Invincible Fest), Good Is An Astrout (Wednesday, June 17), Mille (Wednesday, July 1, for Spring Attitude), Ministri (Sunday, July 5, Invincible Fest), Ex-Otago (Sunday, July 12, Spring Attitude), Sick Tamburo together with Tre Allegri Ragazzi Morti (Sunday, July 19), Tropico (Wednesday, July 22), and Soen (Wednesday, September 6).
Alongside the live shows, the Schermi di Piombo film series continues, dedicated to Italian political and social history from the nineties to the early 2000s, with open-air screenings in the park. The schedule is rounded out by stand-up comedy nights, DJ sets, and inclusive events aimed at the city's youth communities.
The calendar is updated progressively on the official Eur Social Park website.
