The world's only Mindful Triathlon: running, yoga, and meditation at Parco del Ninfeo in the EUR district.
Following stops in Venice and Milan, the Wanderlust 108 circuit concludes its Italian autumn tour in Rome, in the Municipality of Rome, on Saturday, October 3, 2026. The chosen venue for 2026 is Parco del Ninfeo, one of the most evocative green spaces in the EUR district, in the Province of Rome, Lazio. Here, thousands of participants gather to experience the world's only Mindful Triathlon, a format that replaces competition with mindfulness and shared movement.
The heart of the day is a three-stage course designed for body and mind. It begins in the morning with a 5km non-competitive run or walk, open to all levels, where participation matters more than the result. It continues with an hour of collective yoga flow guided from the Main Stage, and concludes with approximately twenty minutes of guided meditation, a moment of stillness to reconnect with oneself and the surrounding environment.
Surrounding the triathlon is the Wanderlust Village, a themed village inspired by the inner journey with over forty experiences: classes, workshops, relaxation practices, and partner brand corners. In the afternoon, there is space for The Uncommons, sessions held by professional instructors and scheduled throughout the event area. There is also the Kula Market, a charity market dedicated to artisans and wellness entities, and the True North Café, offering vegetarian and vegan options.
The new feature accompanying the Rome stop is the Wander Party: in the late afternoon, the day transforms into a mindful celebration with tribal-sound DJ sets, live performances, and creative mocktails, to celebrate the shared energy of the day together.
Wanderlust is an international wellness brand, and the Rome stop represents one of the most anticipated events in the Italian calendar, produced by 2night for Wanderlust Italy. The 2025 edition of the entire circuit involved over 25,000 physical participants and visitors. Set in the greenery of Parco del Ninfeo, a stone's throw from the rationalist architecture of the EUR, the event offers Romans and visitors a moment of balance, energy, and inspiration in the heart of the Capital.
For 2026, the Rome stop moves to Parco del Ninfeo in the EUR and introduces the Wander Party, the mindful late-afternoon celebration with tribal DJ sets, live performances, and mocktails. The day maintains the Mindful Triathlon structure and the extensive program of the Wanderlust Village.
