A day dedicated to the voice in Rosta

Vocal Day is an event that devotes an entire day to exploring the voice and singing technique in the town of Rosta, located in the western outskirts of Turin, in Piedmont. The initiative was created to introduce people of all ages to the world of singing in a welcoming and informal setting, far from the rigid atmosphere of conservatories and close to the spirit of a community that views music as a moment of connection.

Vocal technique masterclass

The heart of the day is a vocal technique masterclass, open to the public and led by qualified teachers. This is not just a standard lesson, but an immersive experience designed for students of all levels—from youth to adults—who want to learn the secrets of the craft: breathing, posture, control of the vocal instrument, and interpretation. At the end of the seminar, participants receive a certificate of participation.

Free final performance

The day concludes with a free live performance open to the entire community, the most anticipated moment that brings together students and teachers, transforming Rosta into a true capital of music for a day. It is the perfect opportunity to attend a concert and soak up the atmosphere of sharing that defines the event.

Who organizes Vocal Day

The event is managed by the MusicAvanguardia ETS association, a modern music school based in Rivoli that has been supporting musicians of all ages and levels for years. The school offers courses in singing, guitar, saxophone, piano, and numerous other instruments, as well as masterclasses with artists and industry professionals. Vocal Day is built on the association's three core principles: inclusivity, personal growth, and creativity.

An event for the region

More than just a seminar, Vocal Day is a cultural project that promotes artistic training for young people and enriches the cultural offerings of the Province of Turin. The municipal administration of Rosta has supported and appreciated the quality of the initiative, recognizing its value in promoting culture and music at a local level.
