About Vigoflor
A blooming spring in the heart of the Pinerolo area
Every year in April, Vigoflor fills the historic center of Vigone—a small town in the Pinerolo plains of the province of Turin, Piedmont—with vibrant colors and scents. The event is a regional market exhibition entirely dedicated to floriculture, gardening, and local agricultural producers. For an entire weekend, the town's streets and squares turn into a sprawling garden, brimming with stalls overflowing with flowers, ornamental plants, rare species, and creative ideas for home greenery.
Exhibitors and fair locations
The heart of the market winds through Piazza Cardinal Boetto, Via Umberto I, and Piazza Clemente Corte, hosting about sixty exhibitors including nurserymen, floriculturists, and farmers from Piedmont and surrounding regions. Alongside stands dedicated to flowers and gardening, visitors will find agricultural producers with their specialties, as well as artisans and hobbyists, along a route that invites leisurely strolls through the porticoes and the Viali della Lea.
Much more than just a flower fair
Vigoflor is more than just a market exhibition: over the two days, the program is enriched with numerous cultural, recreational, gastronomic, and musical initiatives. Among the most anticipated events are Vigoart, an outdoor painting and watercolor competition themed around Vigone each year; exhibitions hosted in the town's historic spaces; pony rides with the local equestrian club; bonsai displays; and street performances and music in the squares. For children, there are workshops, storytelling sessions, bouncy castles, and outdoor play areas.
Local flavors
Gastronomic tradition accompanies the event with two unmissable fixtures: the Fast Flower Food on Saturday and the Pasta Party on Sunday, in addition to the sweet and savory gofri prepared by the Pro Loco. Local farmers and volunteers bring the specialties of the Piedmontese territory to the table in an atmosphere of celebration and conviviality.
Organization and entry
Vigoflor is organized by the Pro Loco of Vigone together with the Pro Loco Junior, in collaboration with the Municipality of Vigone and local associations. Admission to the event is free. It is the perfect opportunity to discover an authentic corner of the province of Turin, amidst flowers, art, and popular traditions.
Vigoflor — edition 2026
La 22ª edizione di Vigoflor ha animato il centro storico di Vigone il 18 e 19 aprile 2026, confermandosi come uno degli appuntamenti primaverili di riferimento nella provincia di Torino. Una sessantina di espositori tra florovivaisti, giardinaggio e produttori agricoli ha riempito le piazze e le vie del paese, affiancata da un ricco programma di eventi collaterali: l'estemporanea di pittura Vigoart, mostre, esposizioni di bonsai, il battesimo della sella, spettacoli musicali, animazioni per bambini e un raduno di auto e moto d'epoca. L'ingresso è stato gratuito per entrambe le giornate.

Sabato 18 aprile
- ore 8.00 — Vigoart, estemporanea di pittura e acquerello sul tema "Vigone, tra sogno e realtà", con sezioni Junior e Senior (premiazione alle 17.00 nella chiesa di San Bernardino)
- ore 10.00 — Apertura della mostra mercato regionale tra piazza Cardinal Boetto, via Umberto I e piazza Clemente Corte; gonfiabile per bambini in piazza Cardinal Boetto
- ore 10.00-12.00 — Fast Flower Food in via Umberto I e Concorso "Vaso in Fiore" allo stand della Pro Loco Junior
- Mostre: "La natura vista con gli occhi dei bambini", "Immagini dalla mente", "L'attesa" al museo Cavallo, il contest fotografico "Cielo" e "La Luisia si mette in mostra" per i 150 anni della biblioteca
- ore 14.00 — "La Fioraia di Sarajevo", letture e laboratorio in biblioteca
- ore 15.00 — Oratorio Outdoor in piazza Clemente Corte e battesimo della sella con il circolo ippico ANTARES

- ore 15.00 — Sfilata di moda dell'associazione commercianti in piazza Palazzo Civico e "Giochi in Viaggio", ludoteca con giochi in legno
- ore 15.30 — Spettacolo dei Fratelli Ochner, artisti di strada, e Gofri Time alla sede della Pro Loco
- ore 16.00 — Corofilla, coro di voci bianche, in piazza Baretta

Practical information — Vigoflor
Getting there
Vigone is located in the Pinerolo plains, in the province of Turin. By car, it can be reached from Turin via the SP139 (approx. 40 km, 45 minutes) or from Pinerolo in just a few minutes. The fair takes place in the historic center, which is a restricted traffic zone during the event: parking in the areas surrounding the center is recommended.
Admission
Admission to the market exhibition is free. Some initiatives (Fast Flower Food, Pasta Party, competitions) require separate fees.
