Vespafest in Falzes: The Puster Valley on two wheels

Vespafest is one of the most anticipated events for fans of the world's most famous scooter in all of South Tyrol. Organized by the Vespa Club Pustertal, the rally takes place in the heart of Falzes (known as Pfalzen in German), a charming town in the Puster Valley located at the foot of the Plan de Corones ski area, in the province of Bolzano.

For an entire day, the Church Square and the town streets transform into a colorful gathering point for around 300 Vespas, ranging from rare vintage models to the latest versions. The event attracts dozens of Vespa Clubs from across the Alps and beyond; past editions have seen the participation of over twenty different clubs, a testament to the draw this event holds for the Vespa community.

A rally of engines, music, and South Tyrolean tradition

Vespafest is not just a scooter exhibition, but a true village festival. The program includes the traditional Frühschoppen, the typical South Tyrolean morning aperitif, accompanied by live music and a rich selection of local culinary specialties. The highlight of the day is the Vespa ride, when the long procession of vehicles sets off through the streets of nearby Brunico, the main town of the Puster Valley, amidst the roar of engines and the curious gaze of passersby.

The atmosphere is the convivial and familiar one typical of mountain villages: enthusiasts, curious onlookers, and families gather to celebrate an icon of Italian motorcycling in a Dolomite setting of rare beauty.

Falzes and Plan de Corones

Falzes/Pfalzen belongs to the Plan de Corones Dolomite Region, one of the most evocative territories in Trentino-South Tyrol. The town's location, immersed in the greenery of the Puster Valley and surrounded by Dolomite peaks, makes Vespafest an ideal occasion not only for Vespa enthusiasts but also for those wishing to discover an authentic corner of South Tyrol during the summer.
