The cultural festival of Pino Torinese, featuring cinema, music, graphic novels, and global flavors
Tutto il Mondo è Paese – Festival of Cultures is the annual event that brings life to Pino Torinese, a hillside town just outside Turin, in the heart of Piedmont. Launched in 2018 by the cultural association Di Tutti i Colori, an ARCI-affiliated group active in the region, the festival is built on a simple belief: knowledge is the best tool to overcome barriers and dismantle prejudice. It invites the community to meet residents who have arrived from other countries, celebrating their stories through art, books, cinema, personal testimonies, and food.
The festival takes place primarily in the charming garden of Villa Grazia, on Via Folis in Pino Torinese. It features evenings dedicated to different forms of expression, all linked by a common thread: the narrative of migration and intercultural exchange. The program ranges from documentary screenings that tell the stories of those who have built lives far from their origins, to meetings with graphic novel authors and comic artists, culminating in live concerts and a large multi-ethnic dinner.
The most anticipated moment is the multi-ethnic dinner, titled "Global Flavors in Pino Torinese": traditional dishes prepared by people from the various countries represented, from Iran to Senegal, and Afghanistan to Peru and Lebanon. It is a convivial table where food becomes an opportunity for exchange and friendship, accompanied by live music. The dinner follows a "Zero Waste" philosophy in collaboration with Plastic Free Onlus, with no disposable tableware.
More than just a calendar of events, Tutto il Mondo è Paese is a cultural and social project that weaves together the work of the association and the municipal administration of Pino Torinese. The evenings are designed for families, young people, and the curious of all ages, set in an informal and welcoming atmosphere. It is the ideal opportunity to discover a small Piedmontese town that makes inclusion and intercultural dialogue its hallmark.
The 2026 edition of the Festival of Cultures in Pino Torinese focuses on four evenings in the garden of Villa Grazia, weaving together documentaries, graphic novels, music, and international gastronomy. The common thread remains the narrative of migration and the encounter between peoples, with a program that culminates in the traditional multi-ethnic dinner accompanied by live music. All events, except for the dinner, have free admission.
Most events take place in the garden of Villa Grazia, Via Folis 2, Pino Torinese (TO), in the hilly area east of Turin.
Pino Torinese is about 15 km from Turin. By car, it can be reached via the SS10 or through the Turin hills; by train, the Pino Torinese station is served by the regional Turin–Chieri–Asti line. Bus connections are also available from the center of Turin.
