Established in the late nineties, the tournament reached its 28th edition in 2026, confirming its status as one of the most important spring sporting events in the region. The competition is traditionally held over the Easter period and attracts youth teams from various Italian regions.

The strength of the Trofeo delle Terre Toscane lies in its formula that intertwines football and tourism: for a few days, the spa town and neighboring municipalities are filled with young athletes, coaches, and families. This generates thousands of overnight stays in Chianciano Terme's hotels, providing a real boost to the local economy at the start of the season. The event concludes with the final awards ceremony at the Sports Hall, where titles are awarded in the various youth categories.

The Trophy is linked to the memory of Giordano Bellari, one of the event's founders, and has become a benchmark for amateur clubs and youth sectors looking to experience a sporting event immersed in the landscape and traditions of Tuscany.
