The showcase of regional taste in the gardens of Villa Mussolini
Tramonto DiVino is the major travelling food and wine exhibition that crosses Emilia-Romagna from June to October, bringing the best of the region's wines and certified products to each stop. The Riccione stop, in the coastal municipality of the Province of Rimini, takes place in the gardens of Villa Mussolini, an elegant Art Nouveau villa overlooking the seafront between viale Ceccarini and the sea, in a setting that transforms the tasting into an evening ritual dedicated to tourists, residents, and Riviera enthusiasts.
The heart of the event is the free tasting: over four hundred labels of Emilia-Romagna's DOC, DOCG, and IGT wines, served and explained by AIS sommeliers at the tasting counters. Among the regional protagonists are Albana di Romagna, Sangiovese di Romagna, Malvasia di Parma and Piacenza, and the effervescent Lambruschi. There is also space for sparkling wines with the Novebolle Lounge, the collective brand that brings together the best sparkling wines from the Consorzio Vini di Romagna.
In Riccione, the testimonial product is Piadina Romagnola IGP, an icon of Romagna street food worldwide, offered in a gourmet version with fillings signed by street food masters and local chefs. The tasting journey also includes numerous DOP and IGP products from Emilia-Romagna: Formaggio di Fossa di Sogliano DOP, Culatello di Zibello DOP, cured meats, cheeses, and specialities that tell the story of the regional gastronomic identity, between tradition and contemporary creativity.
The formula combines show cooking, product storytelling, live lounge music, and the convivial experience of outdoor tasting. The ticket includes the tasting glass, free access to the wine counters, some food offerings, and the official guide Emilia-Romagna da Bere e da Mangiare. It is an opportunity to discover the enological and gastronomic variety of one of Italy's regions richest in certified products in a single evening, with the added value of the summer sunset over the Adriatic.
The Riccione stop is part of a calendar that touches several cities in the region, from Fiscaglia to Parma, Scandiano, Cervia, Cesenatico, and Spilamberto. Promoted by the Enoteca Regionale and APT Servizi, Tramonto DiVino is today one of the main public showcases of Emilia-Romagna's food and wine heritage, capable of bringing the general public closer to the region's consortia and producers.
The Riccione stop of Tramonto DiVino 2026 is scheduled for Saturday, July 18, starting at 7:30 PM, in the gardens of Villa Mussolini. The absolute star is the Piadina Romagnola IGP, offered in a gourmet version with fillings signed by street food master Daniele Reponi, alongside a selection of DOP and IGP products from the region, including Formaggio di Fossa di Sogliano DOP and Culatello di Zibello DOP.
For wines, over four hundred regional labels will be available for free tasting, explained by AIS sommeliers, with the Novebolle Lounge dedicated to the best sparkling wines from the Consorzio Vini di Romagna.
The Riccione stop takes place on a summer evening, starting at 7:30 PM, in the gardens of Villa Mussolini (Viale Milano 31).
