About Tramonto DiVino Fiscaglia

Tramonto DiVino kicks off its inaugural stop in Fiscaglia, in the heart of the province of Ferrara. For one evening, the Park of the Sanctuary of the Madonna della Corba transforms into an arena of taste: over 300 regional labels served by AIS sommeliers, finger food, and gourmet dishes prepared by chefs and students from the Orio Vergani Hotel Institute. Albana, Sangiovese, Lambrusco, and Malvasia tell the wine soul of Emilia-Romagna under the soft lights of the park.

An evening dedicated to the taste of Emilia-Romagna

In the evocative setting of the Park of the Sanctuary of the Madonna della Corba, in Massa Fiscaglia (Municipality of Fiscaglia, province of Ferrara), the new edition of Tramonto DiVino begins, the historic traveling food and wine tour promoted by the Emilia-Romagna Regional Wine Cellar. The Ferrara stop opens the regional calendar and serves as a preview of the entire tour which, from stop to stop, crosses the Riviera and the art cities of the region.

Wines, sommeliers, and regional stories

The heart of the event are the tasting counters: over 300 labels with DOC, DOCG, and IGT designations, served and explained by the sommeliers of the Italian Sommelier Association (AIS). A complete overview of the great grape varieties of Emilia-Romagna, from the Albana and Sangiovese of Romagna to the Lambrusco and Malvasia of Emilia, up to the native vines of the Ferrara area.

Cuisine from hotel institutes

Accompanying the wines is a selection of regional DOP and IGP products interpreted by chefs and students from the Orio Vergani Hotel Institute of Ferrara: cured meats and cheeses, risotto with Altedo Asparagus IGP, and the famous Salama da Sugo Ferrarese IGP, a symbol of the Este gastronomic tradition.

An event focused on conviviality

With soft lighting, music, and sensory paths set up among the green spaces of the park, Tramonto DiVino is much more than a tasting: it's a way to discover the food and wine identity of Emilia-Romagna in a relaxed and convivial setting. The Fiscaglia stop inaugurates a tour that involves thousands of wine lovers throughout the region every year.
