The Festa della Patata Americana was created precisely to celebrate it, transforming the town into a large open-air dining table.
On the table, in a thousand ways
The heart of the festival is the food stand, where the American potato is offered in all its variations: from gnocchi to fried dishes, to the most creative recipes designed to enhance its sweet and characteristic flavor. Around the kitchen, stalls of typical local products — cured meats, cheeses, sweets, local wines — complete the food and wine offer.
A village festival with music and tradition
The event, linked to the feast of Sant'Andrea, is enlivened by music, popular shows, and activities for children, in a climate of community celebration. It is organized by the Pro Loco of Anguillara Veneta and the Municipal Administration, with the involvement of the town's associations. An opportunity to discover an authentic corner of the Veneto region and an agricultural product that tells the story of this land.
