Three Villages Country Festival

A festival uniting three hamlets

The Three Villages Country Festival is one of the most cherished local events in the Municipality of Mazzin, the smallest in the Val di Fassa, located in the province of Trento (Trentino-Alto Adige). As the name suggests, the event unites the three hamlets of the municipality—Mazzin, Campestrin, and Fontanazzo—for a single day of celebration dedicated to conviviality, music, and local gastronomic specialties.

The event takes place at the PalaDolomites in Campestrin, a versatile pavilion that allows the festival to proceed even in case of bad weather, ensuring the event goes ahead regardless of mountain weather conditions.

The day's program

The festival kicks off in the mid-morning with Holy Mass, a communal moment that sets the tone for the day. This is followed by a traditional lunch, accompanied by live music that enlivens the entire event. Throughout the day, there are performances, entertainment, and inflatable games for children, making it a perfect outing for families, residents, and visitors vacationing in the Dolomites.

Music and Ladin tradition

The festival's soundtrack is provided by bands and musical groups that liven up the lunch and afternoon with popular, upbeat repertoires. The event is organized by the Antermoia Cultural Association, a local organization that manages the logistics and coordinates volunteers from the three hamlets.
