Every year, during the Advent season, the village of Soraga di Fassa celebrates Christmas with a market that has made simplicity and authenticity its hallmark. The event takes place at Prà del Preve, the green meadow adjacent to the parish church, which transforms for the occasion into a small village of wooden chalets illuminated by soft lights. We are in the heart of the Val di Fassa, in the province of Trento and the Trentino-Alto Adige region, nestled among the UNESCO-listed Dolomites.

The chalets and products

The wooden chalets offer a wide selection of original gift ideas, handmade crafts, and local products that capture the flavors and beauty of the valley. Alongside household items and accessories, you will find local gastronomic specialties that make your visit a sensory experience.

Meanwhile, by the glowing braziers, you can listen to tales of Ladin traditions, a journey into the culture and memory of Soraga that makes the market something more than a simple Christmas fair.

Organization

The event is organized by the Comitato Manifestazioni Soraga, in collaboration with the Municipality of Soraga di Fassa, which renews the appointment every year during the Christmas season. Admission to the market is free.
