An Enchanted Journey Between Fire and Conviviality
Promoted by the Municipality of Venafro in collaboration with associations and citizens, the festival lights large bonfires in the squares and alleys of the old town. The most anticipated moment is the evening lighting of the fires, a symbol of community, tradition, and rebirth. Along the streets, a path unfolds featuring tastings of typical Molise dishes, red wine, music, and street artists, with exhibitions and guided tours enriching the evening.

Night of the Fires — edition 2026
The 2026 edition of the Night of the Fires was held on Saturday, March 21, starting at 7:00 PM and lasting until the early morning hours, in the historic center of Venafro. Promoted by the Municipality of Venafro, the festival lit the large St. Joseph's bonfires in the squares and alleys, accompanied by tastings of typical dishes and red wine, music, street artists, exhibitions, and guided tours. Among the entertainment, the performance of an Italian orchestra to dance until late at night.
