A summer village festival in the Ega Valley

The Sommerfest of the Musikkapelle Gummer is the signature summer event for the brass band of Obergummer, a small mountain village in the municipality of Cornedo all'Isarco/Karneid, located in the Ega Valley, in the province of Bolzano, Trentino-Alto Adige. The event is traditionally held on a summer Sunday at Moarhofer Boden, a vast meadow that serves as the heart of the village's community life for the day.
