About Yoga Festival

The Sesto Fiorentino Yoga Festival is a weekend dedicated to wellness, mindfulness, and connecting with nature, hosted in the green surroundings of Parco dell'Oliveta just outside Florence. Enjoy two free days featuring yoga sessions for all levels, guided meditations, breathwork, sound baths with singing bowls and gongs, Kirtan, talks, and holistic treatment stands. An open invitation for both curious beginners and experienced practitioners to find balance and harmony in the park.

A wellness festival at the gates of Florence

The Sesto Fiorentino Yoga Festival is a dedicated wellness and personal growth event that brings the Parco dell'Olivetaโ€”the green lung of Sesto Fiorentino, in the province of Florenceโ€”to life for an entire weekend. The festival offers two days of practice, meetings, and shared moments designed to help you reconnect with yourself and nature in a relaxed, accessible setting.

Yoga, meditation, and holistic disciplines

The heart of the festival is a rich program of yoga classes in various styles: Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Prenatal, and even Laughter Yoga. Beyond the mat, the park comes alive with activities ranging from guided meditation and pranayama to Qi Gong, Tai Chi, family constellations, Reiki, and channeling. Don't miss the most evocative moments, such as sound baths with Tibetan singing bowls and gongs, and Kirtan, the devotional chanting that closes each day with music.

Talks, treatments, and community

In addition to practical sessions, the festival hosts talks, book presentations, readings, and a series of holistic treatment stands where you can experience massages, relaxation techniques, and wellness disciplines. Activities take place across several areas of the parkโ€”the Yoga Area and the Sessions Areaโ€”with a packed schedule that allows you to alternate between practice, listening, and discovery throughout the day.

A free event immersed in the park

Admission to the festival is free, and no booking is required: simply bring your mat and a desire to participate. The setting of Parco dell'Oliveta, with its lawns and olive trees, offers an ideal backdrop for outdoor yoga just a few kilometers from the center of Florence. The event is organized with the support of the association that manages the park and has become a key reference point for the Tuscan wellness community.
