Every July, Piazza Marconi in Montesilvano, a coastal town in the province of Pescara, becomes the beating heart of the Sant'Antonio Festival and Patronal Feast. Organized by the Parish of Sant'Antonio da Padova, the event weaves together devotion to the district's patron saint with four evenings of conviviality, great food, and live entertainment. It is one of the most cherished and well-attended events of the city's summer, drawing residents and visitors from across the Abruzzo Adriatic coast.

Gastronomy and Festive Atmosphere

The heart of the festival lies in its food stalls, which open every evening around 7:00 PM. Rooted in tradition, they offer local dishes and Abruzzese specialties, accompanied by draft beer and festive desserts. From approximately 9:30 PM, the stage set up in Piazza Marconi hosts free-entry concerts and performances. The event traditionally concludes with a dance orchestra performance and the highly anticipated lottery draw, with tickets sold in the days leading up to the event at local businesses.
