The San Martino Bringoli Festival is the autumn version of the historic festival in Lisciano Niccone, linked to the feast day of San Martino (November 11th), traditionally associated in Italy with new wine and good food. The protagonists are still the bringoli, large handmade spaghetti made with water, flour, and salt, served with truffles, goose sauce, or fish sauce.
Three Days of Celebration
The event takes place over a weekend in November, alternating gastronomic and entertainment moments: evenings with dinner and music, live orchestras, and, to close, a mountain bike gathering followed by mass and a community lunch. A formula that combines sport, devotion, and conviviality.

Organized by the Pro Loco and the Municipality of Lisciano Niccone, the San Martino edition is an opportunity to rediscover the flavors of Umbrian autumn in a small village in the Upper Tiber Valley, in the province of Perugia, far from the most beaten tourist routes.

The autumn 2026 edition of the San Martino Bringoli Festival takes place in Lisciano Niccone from November 8th to 10th. Three days dedicated to handmade bringoli, seasoned according to tradition with truffles, goose sauce, or fish sauce, in a festive atmosphere linked to the San Martino celebration.
The program alternates gastronomy and entertainment: on November 8th, dinner followed by a DJ set; on November 9th, an evening with a live orchestra; on November 10th, a mountain bike gathering, mass, and community lunch to conclude.
